At SchoolBooksOnline we are aware of and adhere to the guidelines
issued by the Director of Consumer Affairs (Ireland) in relation
to Internet based purchases.

 Consumer Rights
Here are some useful guidelines and tips for using the site:
1. All credit card transactions are protected
by the highest level of security available for Internet based on-line
purchases. The site is certified 128-bit SSL Secure.
2. If you are having a problem adding
books to the shopping cart you may need to set the 'Privacy' settings
in your Internet browser to 'Medium'. Like many other on-line web
sites SchoolBooksOnline uses cookies to generate orders, and they
are completely safe.
3. Once you have selected the books you
need and clicked on 'Checkout' you will be re-directed to a secure
server that will handle your credit card transaction with the safest
available security. But it is important that you complete the order
in a reasonable amount of time, about 10 minutes.
4. If a booklist for your school is not
listed we will be happy to add it to the lists under 'My Booklist'.

5. You can select books from the general
book database, just click on 'Search' and choose the appropriate
options, or you can select books from schoolbook lists, just click
on 'My Booklist' and find your complete school book list.
6. Our aim is to ship orders within 5
working days. Sometimes we get books shipped on the same day that
the order is placed. But sometimes it takes longer. If a book is
out of print we will either part ship, or wait until the book is
available. If we part ship, no postal charge is made when the remaining
book(s) are shipped.
7. We are happy to provide a free second
hand book exchange facility. You can place an advertisement in the
second hand section to either buy or sell second hand schoolbooks.
Just click on 'Second Hand' and follow the guidelines.
8. We are always happy to talk to customers
about any aspect of the service provided by SchoolBooksOnline. If
